Mio’s PND based on u-blox GPS

Mio has selected u-blox’ AMY-5M GPS module to power the Moov V780, a high-end PND and multimedia player.

The ultra-slim 14 mm device with 7 inch touchscreen combines personal navigation with multimedia features including web browsing, high-definition TV, photo/music management, and Email. The device depends on u-blox’ ultra-low profile AMY-5M for fast, precise, and low-power positioning.
