Turkey Yellow Pages signs deal with NAVTEQ

Turkey Yellow Pages has signed a 5 year strategic partnership with NAVTEQ and Nokia Global Mapping Platforms. According to the details of the agreement, Turkey Yellow Pages will be a key strategic partner of NAVTEQ in providing comprehensive and categorised Turkish based business listing information and POI’s. This local search company will be the sole reseller of 2 new location based mapping and navigation advertising products (offered by NAVTEQ and Ovi Maps) as well. Turkey Yellow Pages will provide its entire business listing and POI database to NAVTEQ and Nokia’s Ovi Maps for inclusion in their respective global mapping platforms. This represents over 500,000 updated businesses and POI’s from throughout Turkey. Turkey Yellow Pages will also provide NAVTEQ and Nokia with weekly updates to the database to ensure data accuracy on all platforms.
