Remote sensing has made it possible to measure vegetation structure across vast areas in an efficient and repetitive manner. The application of remote sensing methods in estimating AGB in the Miombo woodlands is becoming common. Most of these studies employ statistical models where field estimates of AGB are regressed against metrics generated from corresponding remote sensing data, followed by extrapolation of resulting models to the entire study area....
