Genesys wins record contract for Mumbai’s digital twin

Genesys International, a leading Indian digital mapping company, secured a contract worth Rs 155 crore with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to develop a 3D city model and map stack for Mumbai.

This project is a significant development in applying advanced mapping technology to develop a highly accurate Mumbai 3D model, creating a unified mapping platform with multiple layers.

Under this agreement, Genesys will provide the development, implementation, and upkeep of a highly accurate 3D city model and map stack for Mumbai and also update the same for 3years.

The project aims to provide an elaborate and comprehensive overview of the city’s landscape to enable precise planning and collaboration among various stakeholders.
